Profile

  • 5 years experience (minimum) in electrical engineering and/or equivalent projects
  • An education in electrical engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Commercial feeling and customer-focused attitude
  • Result-focused, hands-on and problem solving
  • Strong social skills that allow you to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of French and/or English are/is an asset

Job description

Coordination of challenging projects from tender to delivery

As the Project Leader you will be responsible for your own division with the following tasks:

  • The end result and the organisation of your division: planning, site workforce and resources
  • Commercial responsibility: acquiring new customers/projects and maintaining existing business relations
  • Coordinating and checking projects: technical content, delivery times, procedures and regulations with regard to safety and quality, financial aspects, etc. and monitoring a number of your own sites
  • Drawing up quotations for regular customers and/or additional work quotations
  • Managing and motivating your team of assistant project leaders and workers

Working together with various divisions such as Purchasing and Calculation and report to the management
